Refund and Returns Policy

At ClothCollection, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand how we handle order cancellations, returns, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel your order, please contact us at support@clothcollection.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will initiate a refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from [www.clothcollection.com].
  • Customized or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at support@clothcollection.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if defective/damaged).
  2. Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned product.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
  • Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or sent incorrectly.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a bank transfer or store credit after confirming the return.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective items, depending on stock availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Innerwear, accessories, or personal use products.
  • Customized or made-to-order clothing.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned time frame:

  • First, check your bank account or payment app again.
  • Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@clothcollection.com.
