1. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

- If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will initiate a refund within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
2. Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

- Customized or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
How to Request a Return:

- Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

3. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days after we receive your returned product.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
- Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or sent incorrectly.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a bank transfer or store credit after confirming the return.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective items, depending on stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or discounted items.
- Innerwear, accessories, or personal use products.
- Customized or made-to-order clothing.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

- Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
